Contract: Pay for 34 classes per year but receive 2 free classes. That's 36 Move with Ease classes that you can use in your subscription year! You can choose to attend any Move with Ease group classes. The price per class that you pay as a member is a reduced rate compared to pay-as-you-go. To help you your payments will be spread out over 12 months.
Cancel your membership at any time: Be reassured that you can cancel your membership at any time by sending written notice to [email protected]. Please allow at least 5 working days to process the cancellation before your next payment is due. If you have used more class credits than you’ve paid for, you will need to pay the difference at the reduced membership rate of £10 per class before your subscription is officially cancelled.
Booking a Class: Once you purchase a Move with Ease classes membership, you’ll receive a unique booking code that allows you to book available classes up to 3 months in advance. Your code is valid for 36 classes within a one-year period. Make sure to use your code when booking on the Move with Ease website to avoid paying the pay-as-you-go rate. If spaces are still available, you can book a class up to 1 hour before its start time.
Need to cancel a class booking? You can cancel a class up to 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel after this time, your class credit will not be reimbursed.
Used all your class credits and need more? If you have used your 36 credits early but still have weeks left in your subscription year? No problem! You can purchase additional class credits at the membership discounted rate of £10 per class to continue enjoying your classes for the remainder of your subscription year.
Refunds: As an independent small business, I am unable to offer refunds for any services purchased. However, if I need to cancel a class, the class credit will be fully reimbursed to your account for future use. If your subscription year is over and you have credits remaining these will not be carried over into another subscription year.
