Meet Caroline....
Hi, I’m Caroline, a wellness practitioner specialising in chronic (persistent) pain, anxiety, and stress recovery. With decades of experience in the health and wellness sector - and my own journey overcoming chronic lower back pain and anxiety - I’ve developed a deep understanding of the neuroscience of pain and a wealth of evidence-based tools to help others reclaim their lives. I’m a fully qualified and insured Clinical Massage Therapist (degree-level), Buteyko Breathing Coach, Mindfulness Practitioner, Pain Reprocessing Therapist, and Yoga & Fascial Movement Teacher. Through my independent practice, Move with Ease, I empower clients to move and live with greater ease. Beyond my work, I’m a wife, a mother of three, and the proud owner of Lola, our Tibetan Terrier - who, fittingly, has calm and tranquillity in her heritage! I embrace movement in my own life through walking, running, swimming, yoga, and fascial fitness, and I find balance through cold water therapy, meditation, and reading. |
Meet Sharon...
Hi I’m Sharon, a passionate coach, consultant and educator committed to helping others become the best version of themselves. I have over 30 years experience in education and learning which has driven me to become a qualified Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Mindfulness Practitioner, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Coach and licenced Menopause Champion. My own menopause journey has motivated me to share my comprehensive training and techniques to support others as it is my mission to demystify menopause, providing support, guidance, and evidence-based information to individuals experiencing this phase of life. I am Managing Director of a coaching and consultancy company and have written courses and programmes on teaching, leadership and personal development for several organisations. I am a best selling author, Trustee of Bounce Forward a charity dedicated to developing mental resilience and psychological fitness in teenager and also a Vice Chair of Governors at a local primary school. If that isn’t enough to keep me out of trouble I am also a parent to my teenage nephew who has lived with my husband and I since he was 5. When I do get spare time I can be found on the golf course or cycling around the Kent countryside. |
