A weekly lunchtime class using mindfulness, functional breathing, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy to calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety and support recovery from persistent pain.
Living with persistent pain, anxiety, or stress can feel exhausting — but things can change.
This weekly donation-based class offers a supportive space to calm your nervous system, ease tension, and explore proven techniques to retrain the brain’s pain pathways.
What to ExpectEach 60-minute session includes gentle, guided practices from:
Mindfulness – to quiet busy thoughts and bring a sense of calm
Functional breathing – to restore balance and reduce anxiety
Pain Reprocessing Therapy – science-based tools to shift how the brain interprets pain signals.
Chairs are available, or you can sit/lie on the floor if you prefer. Please bring a mat, cushion, blanket, water, and a pen and notebook for short reflections. Plenty of free parking is available at the venue.
