Each class aims to empower participants with knowledge and a skill set to promote self-autonomy and recovery from anxiety, stress and persistent pain. The overall goal though is to live with ease.
Breathing techniques: yoga pranayama, Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage™ breathing techniques.
Meditation: formal seated meditation and mindfulness techniques from the Mindfulness Now™ program composing of mindfulness-based-stress-reduction (MBSR) and mindfulness-based-cognitive-therapy (MBCT).
Pain Reprocessing Therapy™: somatic meditation techniques that teach you to embrace discomfort and painful physical sensations. You don’t push away comfortable sensations so learn to lean into pain with a curious, open mind.
