Contract Overview
Your Move with Ease Wellbeing Subscription includes 10 personalised 60- or 90-minute sessions to use across 12 months.
Each session is tailored to what you need on the day and may include Clinical & Sports Massage, Hot Stones Massage, breath work, movement, self-myofascial release, guided relaxation or other wellbeing support.
You’ll save £10 on each session compared with the usual rate, with the option to spread the cost across 12 monthly payments.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]. Please allow at least 5 working days before your next payment is due.
If you have used more sessions than you have paid for at the time of cancellation, the outstanding balance for those sessions will need to be paid before the subscription is ended.

Booking Your Sessions
Once subscribed, you’ll receive a unique booking code to use when booking your sessions online. Your code is valid for 10 sessions during your 12-month subscription period.
Appointments can be booked online up to 24 hours in advance. For a last-minute appointment, please contact me directly and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the loss of that session credit.

If You Use All 10 Sessions Early
If you use all 10 sessions before the end of your 12-month subscription period, you can continue booking additional sessions at your subscriber rate, saving £10 per session, until your subscription year ends.
Unused Sessions
Any unused sessions will expire at the end of your 12-month subscription period and cannot be carried over.
You may, however, gift up to two of your sessions to a friend or loved one during your subscription year. Please contact [email protected] to arrange this.

Refunds
As a small independent practice, I’m unable to offer refunds for subscription payments or sessions purchased.
If I need to cancel an appointment, your session credit will be returned to you so that you can rebook it for another time.
