Well-being Therapy sessions are designed for those seeking more than hands-on treatment alone. While my Clinical Massage Therapy focuses specifically on bespoke soft tissue work and movement prescription, Well-being Therapy offers a broader, more integrative approach.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may include a combination of: 🌿 Massage therapy (if desired) 🌬️ Breathwork & functional breathing 🧘♀️ Movement therapy 🎾 Self-myofascial release using soft massage balls 🧠 Guided relaxation, meditation or nervous system support techniques |
Sessions can be in-person or online (if massage is not required). They are ideal for managing stress, nervous system dysregulation, chronic tension, and persistent pain patterns.
I encourage booking 90-minute sessions where possible.
The additional time allows for greater depth, variety, and nervous system integration—essential for long-term change. The price difference is kept small (just £15 more) to make this extended support more accessible.
