As a massage therapist I also include self-massage techniques using soft massage balls. This technique helps to rehydrate the connective tissue whilst promoting glide between and around muscles & joints.
It wouldn't be a yoga class without relaxation, breathing and meditation practices. Traditional pranayama (breathing practices) are taught and adapted for better functional breathing with Butekyo® breathing techniques. If the words slow, quiet, gentle and low breathing resonate then this practice is perfect for you!
