My Approach
I’m a Clinical Sports Massage Therapist trained in the Jing Method® BTEC Level 6-the highest-level massage qualification in the UK. I use a wide range of advanced soft tissue and fascial techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term recovery.
Most people experience significant, long-term relief within 3–6 sessions though your journey is always tailored to your needs. I take a whole-person approach—working not just with muscles and joints but also supporting nervous system regulation and your body’s innate ability to heal.
Techniques I use may include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, soft tissue release, MET (muscle energy technique), deep tissue massage, hot stones, instrument-assisted work, scar tissue work, and cupping therapy. Every session is tailored to your unique presentation and goals.
Before your treatment, I conduct a full consultation and movement assessment, so that every session is tailored specifically to your body, your pain, and your goals.
