I have always been fascinated with the human body and studied it extensively. First qualifying as a nurse in 2002, a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in 2007, Sports Massage Therapy BTEC level 3 in 2017, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation 2018, Scar Tissue Massage 2019, Clinical and Sports Massage Therapy BTEC level 4 in 2020, Buteyko® breath retraining instructor 2021, CORE fascial release level 3 2022, Hot Stones Massage 2022 and BTEC level 6 Clinical and Sports Massage Therapy in 2023 and Pain Reprocessing Therapy® practitioner 2023. 

Clinical and Sports Massage Therapy

I’m a clinical and sports massage therapist trained in the Jing Method® BTEC level 6. This is the highest professional massage qualification in the UK. 

I specialise is treating a range of chronic pain conditions including; low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, whiplash, carpel tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, TMJD plus many other ongoing injury and pain conditions. I also love working with acute injuries blending massage therapy, movement rehabilitation and kinesiology taping.

I am trained in a range of safe and effective soft tissue techniques, that aim to reduce pain and increase range of movement within 1-6 clinical treatments. Before your treatment, I fully assess your needs to determine the best approach for you.

As a yoga and contemporary movement teacher, I bring a wealth of knowledge to guide your physical body towards optimal integrity. My expertise is dedicated to training and maintaining the well-being of your body, ensuring strength, flexibility, and overall vitality.

In crafting a personalized approach, I may integrate my diverse qualifications, including Buteyko® breath retraining and Pain Reprocessing Therapy®. This blended methodology is designed to support and guide you on your journey toward freedom from chronic pain, embracing a holistic and comprehensive path to well-being.
