The overall aim of my yoga classes are to link the body’s movements with the breath. The synchronisation of the body and breath brings harmony to the mind; a little quiet cuts through the mental chatter. This to me is bliss, and this bliss is yoga’s gift to you.
During your yoga class, you will be guided into yoga postures that aim to build strength and stamina, improve muscle tone, increase muscular and joint flexibility and enhance postural alignment. Other benefits include a greater self-awareness, emotional balance, improved concentration and increased ability to relax and switch off.

One to one sessions are available at my yoga studio or at your home. I am also happy to teach small groups of students. Each session lasts for one hour and is tailored to suit your needs. Please contact me for further details if you would like to make a booking.
Hatha Yoga and Massage Therapy appointment
Enjoy a 45 minute yoga posture practice, followed by massage therapy. Both disciplines will be tailored to meet your needs. Through your 1-2-1 yoga instruction, I will be able to identify any physical restrictions, and you will be able to inform me of any painful niggles. I will adapt any posture to make it accessible for you. I will use a variety of massage techniques and apply them to areas of restriction or discomfort. You are sure to walk out of this session feeling calmer and even a little taller!
