Serenity & relaxation

Restorative yoga postures aim not to develop strength and flexibility, as with a traditional asana yoga practice.  Restorative yoga aims for you to find comfort whilst in the posture, and for there to be no physical residue of discomfort once the practice is complete.  The only residue will be serenity and relaxation.

Price

A 60 Minute Restorative Yoga session costs £50 at my yoga studio or I can come to your home (I do charge for travel expenses).

Quiet & nurturing

I teach restorative yoga 1-2-1 in your home, or in my idyllic small studio situated in my garden.  The tranquillity of restorative yoga is enhanced by practising in a quiet and nurturing environment.  I will listen to you, and choose restorative poses that are best suited to your individual needs.  We will take the time together to place you in a restorative posture, ensuring that you are fully comfortable and supported.  If your body can yield and relax with the posture, your breath and mind will relax and SLOW, and you will reap the therapeutic rewards of restorative yoga.  Take an hour of complete downtime and choose to immerse yourself in the wonderful art of restorative yoga.

Restorative Yoga and Massage Therapy appointment 

​Massage and restorative yoga work in harmony together to truly immerse you into a relaxed state. Both disciplines offer the body and mind the opportunity to release and let go. Massage Therapy uses not only relaxing strokes, but also a range of specific techniques to relax muscles and increase joint mobility. Restorative Yoga invites the body and mind to immerse itself into this new relaxed physical state. You will be guided into a restorative yoga pose, and with the use of props your body will be fully supported.

Price

A 90 Minute Restorative Yoga and Massage Therapy appointment costs £75 (for an additional £15 I can come to your home).
Book a package of three 90 minute appointments for only £210.
